Reminders not arriving?

Allow notifications for Famonda in your phone's settings (Settings → Notifications in the app shows the current state).
Reminders are scheduled on each phone for the next 14 days. Open Famonda now and then, especially after someone in your family adds or changes a reminder, so your phone can update its plan.
On Android, battery saving can delay reminders by a few minutes. You can exclude Famonda from battery optimization in your phone's settings.
Check that you are among the people a reminder is set to remind (Who gets reminded on the reminder).

Plans and billing

Premium is bought in the app by an admin of the family group and covers everyone in the group.
Manage or cancel: iPhone and iPad — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Restore a purchase on a new device: Settings → Family plan → Restore purchases.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. You confirm it's you, and if you are the only admin of a group with other members, you choose a new admin first.

Without the app: email [email protected] from the address of your Famonda account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it's you and delete the account.

What happens:

You are signed out everywhere and cannot sign in again.
Your personal information is erased within 30 days. Your voice notes are deleted.
Family groups where you are the only member are deleted with all their information.
In groups that continue, what you added stays for your family and is shown as "Former member".
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.

You can download your data first: Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data.
